1. Implementation of Sheikh Mansour Station

   
   

   The "Sheikh Mansour" station will be built midway between the Ezbet El Nakhl and El Marg stations on the first line of the metro.

2. Project objective

   
   

   In order to accommodate the increasing transport demands on the Ezbet El Nakhl and El Marg stations, which exceed the capacity, especially for the Ezbet El Nakhl station.

3. What procedures were carried out

   
   

   On 15/6/2025, the Prime Minister issued a decision to designate the station construction project as a public benefit project. The station works estimate was prepared and put out to tender, and a technical examination committee is being formed to study the offers from a technical standpoint.
