The path
It extends from the west of the ring road on the borders of Sixth of October City, passing through the Grand Egyptian Museum station, then the Shooting Square, then Al-Haram Street until Giza Station, and then continues to Fostate Station over a length of 19 km and includes 17 stations (16 underground), which are (Fostate – King Saleh – Rawda - Giza Square – Giza – Al-Masaha – Madkour – Talbiya – Al-Matba’a – Arish – Marioutiya – Pyramids – Al-Rimaya – Grand Egyptian Museum – Nasr – Al-Ahram Gardens) + (1 surface) which is (Al-Ashjar Gardens).

Exchange stations
The phase enables passenger exchange service with the second metro line at Giza station and with the first metro line at King Salah station.
